Precisely Position Objects in Muse Using Transform Panel (Let Muse Do Math for You)

Image
When it comes to precisely position objects (or group of objects) in Muse we have great helper: Transform panel. Sometimes it is necessary to do the math because Muse is using top left corner as an anchor point. This means in particular that if you type 580 in the text field next to X then top left corner of the selected object will be positioned at 580px on the X coordinate (zero point is on the left side or beginning of the content area). Sometimes you can position objects where you want them using Align panel and other times you must use Transform panel and to do some math. The good news is that Muse can do the math for you. How to access Transform panel First of all you can access Transform panel from Options bar by clicking on the X or Y links (some object must be selected). Another way to see Transform panel is from Window > Transform . Doing Math in Transform panel Things are pretty simple to understand. If you want your object to position at 580px from t
