Quick Jump to Recently Visited Folder in Adobe Bridge

Quick Jump to Recently Visited Folder in Adobe Bridge

Among many other unique and useful features like my favorite: Show items from subfolders, Adobe Bridge has and list with recently visited folder which you can use to quick jump to one of 10 last visited folders. This feature or list is somehow hidden and not present in menus so you may never realize it. To see list with recently visited folders which are actually links to folder locations on your computer, click on Reveal recent file or go to recent folder icon. At the top of list you will see Creative Cloud applications under Reveal All Recent Files with sub-menus to open recent files you was working on. Recently visited folders are listed under Recent Folders section which is grayed out and separated with separation lines below and under.

As already mentioned, Recent Folders contains list with 10 last visited folders but you may find useful to customize and expand it. To change number of recently visited folders shown in list (this also affects and number of recent files) go to Edit > Preferences > General (Ctrl/Cmd + K) and type desired number in text field on the right side of Number of Recent Files to Display.
